What services do you offer?

Devbrek offers custom website and landing page development, web application development (authentication, dashboards, databases), AI integration (chatbots, agents, streaming), third-party API integration, and website redesign and modernization.

Do you work with clients outside France?

Yes. All projects are handled remotely. I work in both French and English, so international clients are welcome.

Can you work on an existing project?

Absolutely. Redesigns, code improvements, and feature additions on existing codebases are part of the services offered. Every project starts with a brief to assess the scope.

How does a typical project work?

Every project follows the same structure: an initial brief to understand your needs, a detailed quote defining scope and deliverables, a 30% deposit before work begins, regular updates during development, and final delivery with full payment on completion.

How long does a project take?

It depends on the scope. A landing page typically takes 5 to 8 days. A custom web application ranges from 10 to 15 days. AI integration projects usually take 6 to 10 days. Timelines are always defined in the quote before work begins.

How many revisions are included?

Each quote specifies the number of revisions included. Beyond that, additional requests are billed at the standard daily rate. Everything is transparent and agreed upon before the project starts.

How much does it cost?

The standard daily rate is 275€/day. Each project is quoted individually based on the defined scope. No hidden fees — the price in the signed quote is the final price, unless the scope changes.

Do you charge VAT?

No. As a micro-entrepreneur, Devbrek is exempt from VAT under article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. The price you see is the price you pay.

What payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer (virement bancaire). A 30% deposit is required upon signing the quote. The remaining balance is due upon delivery, payable within 15 days of invoice.

Emile is the AI assistant built into this portfolio. It can answer any question about Devbrek's services, availability, projects, and how to get in touch. It's powered by LangChain and Mistral AI.

Do you build AI features for clients?

Yes — AI integration is a core speciality. Whether it's a customer-facing chatbot, an internal automation agent, or a streaming assistant integrated into your product, Devbrek can design and build it using LangChain and Mistral AI.

Are you available after delivery?

Yes. Maintenance, updates, and support are available after project delivery. This can be agreed upon as part of the initial quote or added as a separate arrangement.

Who owns the code after delivery?

You do. Upon receipt of full payment, all code and assets are transferred to the client. Devbrek retains the right to mention the project in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
